BNP Paribas is developing its integrated retail banking model in the Mediterranean countries, Turkey, Eastern Europe and has an important network on the US West Coast. In both its Corporate & Institutional Banking and International Financial Services activities, BNP Paribas has leading positions in Europe, a strong presence in the Americas and a solid and growing network in the Asia-Pacific region.

BNP Paribas Personal Finance, through its brand Cetelem, specialises in consumer credit, personal loans and card management. It is a financial partner of major retailers, consumer goods companies and car dealerships, as well as a benchmark in market analysis thanks to the Cetelem Observatory studies. BNP Paribas Personal Finance has 20,000 employees serving more than 20 million customers.

**MISSION**:

- Lead the Performance Management team along with the transformation process in place in the Finance Department, which aims to strengthen the financial foundations, accelerate the current processes automation, provide additional value to the business, support the team in their personal development and cultural change.
- Manage and develop the budget estimation, medium terms plan examining and providing comments and alerts regarding the financial information by interacting with the different stakeholder at local and central level (France). Challenge the business performance by tracking its profitability and sharing the required contribution.
- Ensure the monthly closing and reporting consistencies. Support the different business lines and its different products development with financial management information.
- Inspire and develop the performance management team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and organize the annual budget, rolling Forecast and monthly closing activities with the different teams and other department following BNP Paribas Personal Finance guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Control the general expenses (OPEX and CAPEX) through efficient mapping and constant monitoring of its main drivers, key allocation and impacts on the businesses. Challenge the different departments and affiliated entities on their performance by preparing and presenting general expenses results split by different views
- Track the risk performance following up the key metrics, reconcile the risk figures with the risk management and accounting teams. Run the activities in performance management regarding the risk methodology IFRS9.
- Estimate the Risk weighted assets for the annual budget and rolling forecast. Track and reconcile the actuals figure with accounting and central teams.
- Prepare and present to the top management and different department the Production margins reporting’s (vintage analysis), identifying the main deviations, risk and opportunities challenging the business lines performance.
- Perform the NBI modelling and share the results based on detailed analysis of each event split by different business lines and other views by tracking its key drivers and outcomes.
- Provide the financial management information to ALM team in charge of the funding forecast. Track the monthly results and its performances. Challenge the funding cost optimization by tracking the key metrics and ensure the appropriate funding cost allocation by different business lines, partnerships, and products on the financial management reporting.
- Reconcile and ensure the consistency of management information data (P&L, Balance Sheet, liquidity) with its accounting data
- Provide the financial information required to the Pricing Steerco. Track the commercial agreements and partnerships profitability
- Prepare and follow up Business Plans (prospect and potential new agreements). Provide valuation for strategic investments.
- Provide financial management information the local and external auditors and regulators when required.
- Produce and present financial Reporting to local executive management, different departments, and Central teams. Contribute with financial management information to the Board of Administration and Audit committee.
