- Support the onboarding and training process for Production Partners
- Content owner of internal resources for Stakeholders (Sharepoint)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and promote continuous improvement
- Optimization of the Service Operation Tool (Jira)
- KPIs tracking and reporting: Generate progress reports related to active projects and expected outcome
- Cross functional support for other services (Creative, Digital, etc)
Who are we looking for
- Motivated and detailed oriented person willing to learn and bring value to business
- Studies in Project Management, Marketing, IT or business related area
- 5-year experience on web projects and familiarity with website production processes
- Knowledge of IT processes (deployments, servers, etc) is appreciated
- Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA
- English proficiency and Desire to work in an international environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The role requires the ability to plan and organize work independently and remotely.
- Team work mindset.
- Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
