**En Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Ibérica estamos buscando a un/a Responsable de Producción de turno**

**Nuestra planta productiva se encuentra ubicada en el municipio de Gurb, Osona.**

**El/la Responsable de Producción de turno se encarga de principalmente de llevar a cabo los planes de producción en el área de trabajo, coordinando y desarrollando todos los recursos disponibles (materiales y humanos). También tiene que velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos de seguridad, calidad, mejora continua, medio ambiente y mejora los ratios de eficiencia, eficacia y productividad.**

**Funciones principales**:
**Crear y contribuir junto con el equipo, a una cultura de seguridad garantizando el cumplimiento de las leyes y políticas de H&S.**Planificar el día del equipo en diferentes turnos y asignar puestos de trabajo en función de la competencia de cada operario, velando por el crecimiento de los miembros de su equipo.**Optimizar recursos y velar por el funcionamiento del 100% de la planta.**Velar por la eficacia y eficiencia para conseguir los objetivos de los programas de producción.**Responsable de la formación y capacitación de los miembros del equipo.**Supervisar la producción y la calidad, y corregir posibles desviaciones.**Revisar y sacar conclusiones de los partes de producción.**Coordinación con el departamento de mantenimiento con el objetivo de minimizar el tiempo de paradas.**Informar y comunicar novedades, funcionamiento, a los operarios de su área (informar de los objetivos a nível del área, de la empresa, propios... )**Hacer respetar y cumplir las órdenes internas de la compañía.**Dar feedback a los operarios sobre su implicación y nível desarrollo.**Transmitir los valores y las políticas de la empresa a su equipo.**Responsable de la PRL de los miembros de su equipo.**Responsable de cumplir y ejecutar la política interna de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.**

**Requisitos**:
**FP o módulo formativo superior de la rama técnica/enginiería o estudios superiores.**Experiência en lugar similar, en procesos de producción continuos dentro de un entorno industrial.**Se valorará conocimientos en técnicas de mejora continua, PRL...**Alta capacidad de análisis, síntesis, escucha activa y comunicación asertiva.**Experiência en gestión de equipos de trabajo**Conocimientos informáticos: Excel, word, etc.**
