**What would be your major responsibilities?**
- Lead a team of Tech, Design and Product teams that work to produce engaging and personalized experiences to customers across our apps and web
- Oversee the Strategy & Vision of our native environments (app/web) and how it delivers value to digital customers
- Responsible for the conceptualization, creation and maintenance of a design system that will serve as the backbone to the UX of customers - including the coordination with internal and external agencies and UX / Insights teams.
- Understand key customer needs and behaviors when interacting with web/app, as well as lead the design thinking across different customer segments and products
- Responsible for Tech Product teams that build, maintain, and operate all native environments (web/app) including the User Interfaces and User Experiences
- Develop features that tap into customers’ needs and business opportunities, prioritizing discovery and development - both by managing Product Managers, as well as being a hands-on Product Manager to specific squad/s
- High level of collaboration with cross-functional business units such as Marketing, UX, Product, Operations, Legal, Risk & Compliance
- Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks - leading discussions with Insights and Analytics in product discovery, to ensure the team are making informed & beneficial decisions
- Ongoing monitoring of KPIs, results and product turnover
- Content management and interaction with Product Marketing
- Analysis of current trends and market developments in the e-payment market

**Is this you?**
- BA degree in Business Administration, Design, Engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years’ experience in Product Management, Design, UX or similar
- Relevant experience in Ecommerce and/or Payment industry
- Innovative way of thinking with high implementation competence as well as a good technical understanding
- Excellent creative, analytical and communicative skills
- Experience with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum) is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and dedication to quality
- Self-motivation and self-reliance
- Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
- Strong customer focus, hands-on mentality & international mindset
- Engaged team player
- ** Full proficiency in English**, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. German, Spanish)
