Tu trabajo será mantener a nuestros clientes contentos y nuestras campañas en marcha. Tendrás que asegurarte de que todo esté en línea con nuestros valores y los deseos de los clientes, Y hacerlo con estilo

**Tu día a día estará enfocado a garantizar el éxito de los proyectos mediante el desarrollo de las siguientes funciones**:

- Elaboración de briefings, fichas y cualquier otro material necesario para el lanzamiento, además de realizar las formaciones y/o reuniones necesarias, para transmitir la información necesaria al personal de campo y/o otros departamentos, con el objetivo de asegurar la ejecución del servicio en tiempo y forma.
- Detección y resolución de incidencias, necesidades y oportunidades de mejora para el servicio y/o cliente
- Elaboración y presentación al cliente de informes de actividad, de status, cierres de ciclo/año, etc, además de controlar los gastos vinculados al proyecto y realizar la facturación de los servicios.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura/grado en Marketing, ADE, Investigación Mercados o similar.
- Mentalidad enfocada en el crecimiento y el logro de objetivos.
- Buen nível de Excel.
- Saber inglés y/o portugués será un plus
