We are looking for junior professionals or recent graduates with no experience, to work in an international insurance company with an attractive Market Expansion Project in Spain.

One year training placement in
**Manchester**, England, where you will learn the specific role within underwriting, especially non life insurance (Property, Casualty and Motor) with a professional team and then put into practice the knowledge acquired under supervision and with subsequent transfer to the Madrid office to be part of the business growth in Spain.

**Requisitos**:
**Functions**
- Responsible for evaluating risk and pricing insurance.
- You will be presented with a broad range of challenging and exciting tasks across property, casualty and fleetmotor insurance.
- Combine analysing data, benchmarking and presenting key findings and conclusions.
- Develop and improve the underwriting model frecuently with the team.
- Introduce in Spain the work model and culture of the company in opening to new market, providing the knowledge and skills acquired during your stay in the United Kingdom.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for professionals who have recently graduated or have just started junior experience in the insurance sector in the underwriting area.
- Graduates in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data or with specialised studies in Actuarial Sciences.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in working with technical data and business specific calculations.
- Knowledge of data analysis and programming tools (Excel, Phyton, SQL...) will be an asset.
- Dynamic professionals, with interest in learning and developing in an international environment and with strong interpersonal skills both for their own training and in the daily work with the team.
