**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Creative Manager in the Design Studios (DS) team, you will be a creative leader, driving quality enhancement across at least two creative verticals such as Design, Digital, Content, and Video You will bring design inspiration and thought expertise in your verticals, and driving delivery of innovative, high caliber solutions for all engagements. You will develop and implement design guidelines and strategies in various creative projects, oversee them to completion, and lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas with both consultant teams and DS teams.

As an individual contributor, you will work with our consultant teams, leading and overseeing design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with mínimal direction, translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging stories to achieve the consulting vision and leverage storytelling in compliance with BCG standards.

In addition, you will develop and deliver our design strategy service offering and help drive innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.

- You deliver results to drive multi-vertical projects.
- Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to establish rich and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
- Providing and receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances comes naturally to you.
- Support regional creative vertical managers.
- Enable projects from an integrated, cross-vertical creative perspective.
- Help developing and executing regional multi-vertical projects and support GTM initiatives, cross-regional relationships and active participation in the global creative Leadership Team
- Be a go-to-partner for senior stakeholders to engage, educate and inspire with a business vision.
- Proven people management skills. Good people coach and thought leader.
- Connect and translate between business, operations and creative topics.
- Pitching ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Be an ally, a coach and an advisor for creative teams to inspire creativity, innovation, and ensure quality benchmarks.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree or similar in graphics and web content design or a related field (design school preferred), business school or MBA is also a plus
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a professional services environment or a design start-up or agency as well as managing multidisciplinary, projects with team leadership
- You possess strong conceptual and design skills and are experienced in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of teams.
- You excel at establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- You have built a strong portfolio.
- You have excellent English language skills
- Strong client-facing skills
- Hybrid, recognized creative voice with top notch creative portfolio through all 4 DS verticals (Visual, Content, Digital, Video)

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
As part of Design Studios, you will collaborate with global designers and colleagues across BCG to bring design expertise and capabilities to clients as well as internal teams. GDS comprises a diverse group of talented design professionals across video, content, digital design, etc., all of which work collaboratively to deliver the most cutting-edge design solutions.
