Position Summary

In this position, you will closely work with IT HR Product Managers and Owners, IT HR Solution Architects, Nestlé IT Security, Nestlé IT Platforms, offshore delivery teams and with vendors as SAP, IBM, UKG etc. to bring deep expertise and knowledge on managing the IT HR systems landscape on a daily basis, to ensure operations in secure, performant and compliant manner and to support the IT HR Strategic Product Portfolio Architect and IT HR Product and Regional Architects on designing the evolution of the IT HR landscape to maximize business benefits and cost effectiveness.

A day in the life of...
- Works on regularly basis with IT HR Product Managers and Owners and Solution Architects and with IT HR offshore delivery team to provide a full view of IT HR system landscape utilization and highlights and manages potential conflicts between projects, sustain and maintenance activities.
- Works on regularly basis with Nestlé IT Security and Nestlé IT Platforms, IT HR offshore delivery team and vendors as SuccessFactors, SAP, IBM, UKG etc. to evolve the IT HR system landscape (for instance, SuccessFactors systems provisioning/refresh/decommission, SAP BTP subaccounts roles management) in a secure an efficient manner.
- Monitors and optimizes systems performance and stability working together with systems vendors and Nestlé IT teams as IT Network, IT Platforms, IT W360
- Provides support to IT HR Product Managers and Owners and Solution Architects on implementing Single Sign On authentication (through Azure AD or SAP BTP IAS) to new products added in the landscape.
- Provides support to IT HR Product Managers and Owners and Solution Architects on planning and implementing volume stress test on IT HR systems to secure their stability and escalability
- Provides support to IT HR Product Managers and Owners and Solution Architects on developing and executing Disaster Recovery Plans together with the systems vendors
- Provides support to IT HR Solution Architects on preparing ARMs (Architecture Review Meeting) documents for solution approvals
- Implements (and sustain/evolve) of Data Privacy Laws functionalities in SAP IT HR systems
- Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends SMART solutions
- Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks
- Document/Maintain functional business and technical requirements, process flow diagrams, and business use cases

What will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, systems analysis, or related studies and experience
- 10+ years’ experience in IT implementation and delivery projects.
- 5+ years’ experience on projects or activities related to solutions as:

- SAP ERP HCM
- SAP SuccessFactors Suite (platform, cross functional and integration modules)
- SAP Cloud Platform (CPI, IAS, IPS, user management, roles management etc. and custom apps development)
- Microsoft Azure AD
- UKG WFC and Dimensions
- ServiceNow
- Strong experience on managing SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology Platform architecture and landscape performance
- Strong experience or background on IT security applied on system integrations (Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, Single Sign On, IP masking, secure/encrypted connections to SFTP servers, etc.)
- Experience or background on Data Privacy regulations (as GDPR).
- Experience in implementing DevSecOps in IT products and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
- Project Management skills
- Comfortable interacting with vendors and offshore team members on a daily basis providing status updates
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Autonomous, proactive cooperation, with initiative, problem solving oriented, results focus
