Buscamos un/a Business Project Manager para incorporarse a un equipo de 6 Project Managers para liderar parte del portfolio de proyectos estratégicos de Arval España y conseguir junto con el equipo de proyecto los resultados esperados en términos de:

- Alcance- Planning- Costes- BeneficiosTrabajará de forma muy cercana al Sponsor y/o el Business Owner durante todo el proyecto y coordinará a los actores desde la definición hasta la implementación.

Sus principales funciones son:

- Definir el alcance y los objetivos del proyecto
- Definir e implementar el gobierno de proyecto (comités, etc..) así que el equipo de trabajo
- Definir roadmap, presupuesto y beneficios- Identificar los riesgos y establecer los planes de mitigaciones correspondientes- Coordinar los recursos internos y los proveedores/terceros durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto- Asegurar la calidad de los entregables del proyecto- Pilotear el diseño de los procesos, Customer Journey y de los planes de controles incluido los aspectos de Reporting y Data.- Realizar un seguimiento periódico de los tiempos, Budget para identificar desviación y remediarlas.- Con los expertos IT, garantizar la viabilidad técnica- (Opens in a new tab)
- y la adecuación a los estándares de seguridad y arquitectura- Garantizar la disponibilidad y asignación de recursos- Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado para poder seguir el progreso- Usar las técnicas de verificación apropiadas para gestionar cambios en el ámbito, el programa y los costes del proyecto- Medir el rendimiento del proyecto usando los sistemas, herramientas y técnicas apropiados- Informar y escalar cuestiones al Sponsor, Business Owner y a dirección cuando sea necesario- Gestionar la relación con el Sponsor o Business Owner y todas las partes interesadasLas competencias deseadas son:

- alto grado de liderazgo, autonomía, de comprensión del negocio- capacidad de toma de decisión y de alineación de orientación con los ejecutivos de la compañía- buen nível de tecnicidad o de entendimiento de los entornos IT- capacidad de negociaciones con Partners y Proveedores (Third Party)Se busca un Project Manager con experiência relevante (5 años) en proyectos internacional, digital, organizacional o de implementación de productos.
