**Job Description**:

- Acoger a nuestros clientes, y facilitarles la información que requieran sobre nuestro hotel y nuestra ciudad
- Velar por la seguridad de nuestros clientes y de las instalaciones del hotel
- Gestionar el mail y el teléfono de recepción durante el turno de noche, realizando reservas si es necesario
- Realizar el cierre del día y las tareas de night audit
- Preparar el buffet de desayuno antes de la llegada del turno de noche
- Tu trabajo se desarrollará mayoritariamente en el turno de noche, de 23 a 7 horas

Buscamos alguien con una gran empatía para dar la mejor acogida a nuestros clientes. Nuestro hotel tiene unos estándares de calidad muy altos, y queremos que nos ayudes a mantenerlos o incluso a superarlos.

Aunque por la noche trabajarás solo, formamos parte de un equipo donde el trabajo de todos está interconectado. El compañerismo y la solidaridad son fundamentales para alcanzar resultados excelentes.

Necesitamos una persona muy organizada y con capacidad analítica para realizar las tareas de night audit

Nuestros clientes son en gran proporción internacionales, por lo que es fundamental que tengas un inglés fluido, tanto hablado como escrito. Si además hablas otros idiomas, genial.

Formación universitaria, preferentemente en Turismo, es deseable aunque no imprescindible.

Valoraremos mucho que hayas trabajado ya en recepción en hoteles, aunque no queremos descartar un buen perfil por falta de experiência, alguna vez hay que empezar

De momento ofrecemos un contrato de 3 meses, pero si disfrutas con tu trabajo y tu perfil encaja con el puesto hay muchas posibilidades de que puedas desarrollar tu carrera en nuestros hoteles. Te esperamos
