Des de Marlex estem col-laborant amb una important empresa dedicada a la fabricació i distribució de packaging, ubicada a la comarca del Bages, que actualment té la necessitat d'incorporar a un/a **Customer Service Representative**

**Quina seria la teva missió a l'empresa?**

La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de:

- Treballar amb la planta, els programadors de la planta i logística per satisfer les necessitats del client
- Introduir comandes i raquitis dels clients en el sistema de gestió de comandes
- Mantenir una estreta comunicació amb les plantes/centres de servei per facilitar la gestió de la informació de les comandes dels clients i els problemes de programació/entrega
- Prendre decisions diàries en el punt de la comanda (crear/afegir articles, verificar els nívells d'inventari, respondre consultes dels clients, rastrejar productes, etc.)
- Convertir els requisits del client en especificacions de fabricació
- Gestionar els processos de retroalimentació dels clients assegurant que s'implementen en accions correctives per abordar els requisits específics.
- Processar solituds de pressupost dins del sistema de càlcul de costos.
- Gestionar els processos de retroalimentació dels clients assegurant que s'implementen accions correctives per abordar requisits específics.
- Prendre decisions sobre el transportista dins de les pautes
- Coordinar l'activitat de comptes per cobrar i influir la determinació de crèdits de la resolució de comptes per cobrar pendents i el compliment dels hàbits de pagament dels clients en la política de divisió
- Proporcionar als gerents els comptes i l'administració general de la informació, informes de venda mensuals o segons es sol-liciti.

- Experiència demostrable de 2-3 anys, en servei al client o administració en un entorn de fabricació
- Habituat a treballar en un entorn de sistemes de ERP, Office
- Imprescindible un nívell d'anglès alt
- Habilitats verbals i de comunicació escrita ben definida
- Capacitat per executar múltiples tasques en un entorn de treball de ritme ràpid i tenir un bon seguiment.
- Carnet de conduir i vehicle propi
