**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote the DevOps culture throughout the development lifecycle, from design to production support.
- Define and implement new standards and policies across all products.
- Architect infrastructure with automated deployments and builds using Azure DevOps.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize the tech stack based on Microsoft technologies.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure security is a key consideration during design and development.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for seamless deployments.
- Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
- Identify and implement DevOps best practices.
- Mentor other DevOps engineers and participate in technical reviews.
- Provide third-level support to SREs and development teams.
- Write technical design documents.
- Follow up on the implementation of strategic improvements and best practices in each DevOps team.

**Qualifications** Knowledge and Experience**:

- Proven experience in DevOps principles and methodologies (Agile, GitOps).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (Bash and PowerShell preferred).
- Experience in infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Proven seniority/experience in a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering role.
