In the frame of Planning and Production Control Process and the new industrialization of Eurodrone Program within the ERP Project (Enterprise Resource Planning), we are looking for a Business Key User for the PreFAL Tablada perimeter in Airbus Defence and Space.
- **What is the role of a Business Key User (BKU)?**

You will work as a Business Key User representing Production PreFAL Tablada perimeter in TOAP.

The BKU is an expert on the business having strong knowledge about the way of working and internal processes in the plant the BKU represents. The BKU will need to completely understand and manage: Production, Planning and Production Control processes and also the different interactions with the rest of support functions such as Quality, ME, Supply Chain or Logistics ones, the day to day work of a production assembly line.

The objective is to have a deep knowledge about Tablada Production (TOAP) processes in order to support the solution development by IM between 3DX (Catia V6) and the current SAP SP1 system. _The BKU will not develop any solution but support the team responsible for doing it, IM. _
- **Main activities**:

- To be responsible for the day to day activities of Planning and Production Control function. Work with the Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Exchange and align on business requirements with BKUs and focal points from other functions, mainly Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Support the business acceptance criteria of new developments (content + result) and finally validate the solutions provided by IM, according to the need.
- Prepare GAP Analysis from AS IS to TO BE implementation. Analyse the Business Impacts and establish proper risk mitigation plans. Execute successfully the mitigation plans and report any deviation.
- **Required skills**
- Strong knowledge about SAP System in Spain, SP1.
- Strong knowledge about Planning and Production Control activities.
- Strong knowledge about MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) like SIPLA or DBC.
- Stakeholders management, influence and interact.
- Ability to quickly understand new and complex topics.
