**The role**

As Team Lead, you'll provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Proficiency in** Salesforce best practices and a deep understanding of its capabilities are crucial**. Also, this person will be responsible for leading process enhancements, implementation projects and personnel performance management, including providing regular updates and reviews, and will lead through Agile values and mindset to work in a constantly changing environment.

**Expected Functions / Key Results**:

- Team management: weekly one-on-one and supporting team members with their workload and portfolio, including hours and budget management
- Help to manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively when needed, and sometimes facilitate client meetings.
- Interview and onboard new team members.
- Together with the Director of Managed Services and peer team leads, develop and improve upon systems, processes, and procedures to ensure staff and clients can work together clearly and efficiently.
- Manage Team capacity plan and assignment for projects/process enhancements.
- Effectively escalate issues to the Head of Operations and Sales on time.

**Requirements**:

- **+3 years** of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms
- Be a critical thinker: solve tough problems for the world's biggest brands, work together, and be relentless in ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Leveraging a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities and limitations to clearly communicate those to customers.
- Ability to lead projects and leverage with clients and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in **English and Spanish**.
- Combination of Foundational and** advanced Certifications** such as Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Mulesoft, Omnistudio

**1st step: Phone call with our Talent Acquisition team**

**2nd step: Technical test**

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

**3rd step: Technical Interview with the team**

After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
