MAT is currently being implemented and fully operational by different clients both domestically and globally. We are rapidly expanding its horizon.

We are a multidisciplinary team specialized both in Finance and all layers of Information Technology [functional, front-end, back-end, data science, big data and infrastructure]. The orientation to quality and continuity to improvement are the main characteristics of the team. This is also a reason why MAT is capable of being updated with the latest technologies in a constant developing environment.

**What are we looking for in this internship?**

**Master’s in finance. Interest in technology.**
Bachelor or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
High English level. Indispensable requirement.

**How will your day to day be?**

Internship objective:
Get to know the most innovative tool in the market for asset and liability management and collaborate directly in its development and implementation with clients in international financial institutions.

Internship content:
During the first months, you will be immersed in a functional and technical training of our tool. You will also get to know first-hand the work of the different technology teams to have a total picture of the product.

After this training period, you will be part of an implementation team, where you will work collaboratively with the other squads with agile methodologies (Scrum), participating in all the ceremonies.

You will be the link between the technical teams and the development or customer implementation.

Supporting and learning tasks such as:

- Analysis of liquidity, interest and FTP risk in financial entities at a national and international level.
- Participate in the design and evolution of the management and regulatory reports required by the different clients and financial entities, as well as in new functionalities required by MAT.
- Participate directly in the implementation or development of MAT, our ALM tool for interest rate risk, liquidity risk and FTP.
- Collaboration with the client to identify the way to measure, monitor and control interest rate risk, liquidity risk and FTP.

**You will have a tutor who will guide you during the internship.**
