Payroll Application Consultant

Implementation team contains of 12 consultants all working on different projects, implementing both standard solutions and more complex customer cases.

The team is part of a larger Customer Experience team and participates in experience sharing and payroll updates across the organization.

**Key Tasks**

Carry out implementation projects from A-Z for our customers, including planning, testing, implementation, and training.

Contribute to work with sales and offers, participate in pre-sales situations, answer requirements specifications, and carry out demos in collaboration with our sales team.

**Who you are**
- Min 2-5 years of experience from relevant project or implementation work or from operational work or IT work
- Very good Norwegian and English skills (written & spoken)
- Interest in technical solutions
- Educational approach to the implementation of projects
- Enjoy being an adviser and guiding the customer to take the right decisions in the implementation process
- Some SQL -knowledge is useful
- Excel skills
- Communication skills
- Service minded
