Estamos buscando a un experto/a en Microsoft y soporte de nível 2 que se encargará de la gestión de las herramientas Microsoft, recogiendo, implementando y resolviendo las necesidades y problemas surgidos y, colaborando con otros departamentos a nível mundial. Además, apoyará a otros departamentos como Service Desk con su conocimiento de Nível 2.
- Como parte del equipo de IT, entre tus principales funciones estarían:
- Investigar y resolver incidentes y solicitudes de soporte técnico que requieren conocimientos especializados de Microsoft o de soporte de Nível 2.-
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a usuarios internos y externos sobre productos y servicios de Microsoft o de soporte de Nível 2.-
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de entornos Microsoft o de soporte de Nível 2.-
- Instalar y configurar software y hardware de Microsoft o de soporte de Nível 2.-
- Documentar las soluciones a los problemas técnicos de Microsoft o de soporte de Nível 2.-
- Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos para resolver problemas complejos de Microsoft o de soporte de Nível 2.-
- Interlocución y contacto principal con Microsoft o Nível 3.- ¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?- Formación necesaria: Técnico superior en administración de sistemas informáticos o equivalente, AZ-900, MS-220, MS-740, ITIL.-
- Conocimientos técnicos: conocimientos avanzados de las herramientas Microsoft, WSUS, ePO, Trellix, Manage Engine y AD-
- Experiência mínima: 3 años-
- Idiomas: Inglés-
