**About our Company**

Innovamat is a K-12 **educational startup** focused on bringing the science of math learning and teaching to the classroom.

We have built a PreK-8 math curriculum to structurally change the way students learn, leaving the textbook and workbook behind. Our curriculum allows students to develop all conceptual understanding through discussion and manipulation while developing problem-solving, reasoning and communication skills.

We have created an all-in-one product ecosystem, leveraging research and technology for teachers and students to** love math**.

**Your mission at Innovamat**

Reach a **bigger audience** with our new **Consumer Division **(Strategy Team) alongside the B2C Lead and CSO (Chief Strategy Officer). Leverage Social Media and PR to spread our mission among families and children **worldwide**.

**Your day to day at Innovamat**
- Content creation and engagement with our international community.
- Coordinate and execute marketing actions through different available channels (Instagram, TikTok, Web & PR).
- Gather all the insights from our marketing activities. Track quantitative and qualitative data to share with our leadership team, and drive product and marketing decisions.
- Work closely with our Strategy and Marketing teams to tackle problems and raise the bar on a daily basis.
- Actively collaborate with our marketing teams and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference in today’s education.
- Build a deep understanding of our customer's needs, and cultural differences (Spain, Italy, Mexico, US,...)
- Build trust relationships with our stakeholders and collaborators.

**What are we looking for?**
- **Fast learner** finishing a bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, Advertising or Marketing (preferably).
- **Clear writing** and communication skills (in both Spanish and English) are a must.
- ** Data analysis skills** (quantitative and qualitative) as well as reporting skills. Capable of filtering and understanding the most relevant data while giving accurate and insightful explanations.
- ** Proactivity** is in your DNA. Strong drive for continuous improvement.
- **Computer literacy;** good knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations).
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, balancing attention to detail while working collaboratively and positively.

**It would be great if...**
- **Project management skills**, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- ** Design sense** to deliver high-quality resources (balance and clarity).
- Understanding of social media presence or community management (amateur or professional)
