Are you an outgoing and enthusiastic person with excellent administrative and communication skills? Do you speak native-level English and have a good level of Spanish? Our client is looking for somebody to join their reputable and fast-growing real-estate team in the Campoamor area, this is a long-term opportunity with a professional and friendly team.
Requirement
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level)
- Conversant level of Spanish minimum
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, excellent telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills
- Good IT literacy
- Professional, well-presented
- A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
- Some real estate experience is preferred
- A self-motivated person who is reliable and trustworthy
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide all-round sales and administrative support to meet the needs of a busy real estate agency
- Marketing and advertising properties
- Arranging appointments with vendors
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Take sales enquiries, gathering the correct information, passing on to the relevant sales personnel
- Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times, from initial enquiry through to aftercare
- General administrative and office support to meet the needs of the business
Package
- Permanent PART TIME contract, Monday to Friday 2pm - 6pm
- Salary €555 per month net
- Excellent long-term, career progression for the right individual
