**Procurement Manager **para unirse al equipo de
**Finanzas**, encargado de asegurar, coordinar y controlar la gestión de compras de todos los géneros y servicios para garantizar la calidad necesaria para VGED, de acuerdo con la política financiera global del Grupo y las directrices del superior, con el fin de conseguir la óptima financiación de la sociedad al mejor coste posible.

**¿Como será tu día a día?**
- Solicitar y analizar ofertas para preparar la toma de decisión, de acuerdo con el Global-Sourcing-Process del Grupo Volkswagen.
- Coordinar y controlar las presentaciones de los Proyectos de Compras ante el Global Sourcing
- CSC, Comité. Presentaciones físicas en Alemania cuando sea preceptivo, y Supervisión de dichas presentaciones para garantizar una homogeneidad en los proyectos VGED- estándares del Grupo garantizando la máxima calidad y la aprobación de los mismos.
- Coordinar y controlar las exigencias de cada una de las áreas de VGED; asegurar y controlar las capacidades de los proveedores; elección de proveedores; establecer las comparaciones de precios; negociar con los proveedores.
- Participar en la descripción del detalle los servicios junto a los usuarios (RFP, SLA, Briefings, detallados).
- Solicitar y analizar ofertas a proveedores, con los objetivos de: en primer lugar validar sus capacidades operativas y económicas para prestar el servicio solicitado y en segundo lugar el que se ajusten a los pliegos de condiciones, determinando así, cual es la mejor opción, es decir, homogenizándolas, negociándolas y sometiéndolas comparación de cara a la toma de decisión, de acuerdo con el global-Sourcing-Process del Grupo Volkswagen.
- Redactar los informes de los proyectos como información de management; presentar los sucesos en los pre-meetings y en el Corporate Sourcign Comitee; Benchmarks con otras marcas y empresa del grupo Volkswagen.
- Presentar resultados de gestión, evolución de Globes, informes mensuales de Compras, evaluación de proveedores.
- Detectar posibles sectores de compras susceptibles de someterlos al proceso de concurso. Es decir, aquellos sectores cuya competencia es muy limitada y/o se detecta que las condiciones de mercado son mejores a las prestadas por el proveedor actual.
- Supervisar contratos de prestación de servicios; Búsquedas e implantación de alternativas ante la detección de sectores no competitivos.
- Proponer, supervisar y colaborar en la redacción de contratos de prestación de servicios, especialmente los servicios que son susceptibles de riesgos económicos o de servicios comprometidos con clientes.
