To be successful in this role, you must have a proven ability to meet the following key performance areas:

- Sales: increase and maximize business opportunities and identify and clarify customer needs to recommend the appropriate service or product for each situation.
- Service: use acquired knowledge (skills and attitudes) to ensure customer satisfaction and provide friendly service to customers and respond to their inquiries in any situation.

**We would be very pleased to offer you**:

- A full-time permanent position
- Work from home 3 days per week possible
- 22868.12 Euro gross per year plus monthly bonus programme (up to 400 euros per month)

**We would love you to have**:

- Swedish mother tongue
- English fluent
- Previous experience in customer service/sales valuable
