Creative Director

As the Creative Director, you will marry innovation with strategy, drawing from a rich background of creative leadership to birth compelling, cohesive brand stories that resonate across a plethora of channels — from retail and DTC to social platforms, Amazon and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of branding, packaging, and Amazon product listings, with an eventual foray into social, ads, and retail design realms.
- Supervise and mentor a graphic designer, fostering a nurturing ground for skill elevation while also rolling up your sleeves to delve into design work, emphasizing the overarching vision of brand aesthetics.
- Fortify the brand presence across a myriad of channels, ensuring a harmonious brand voice and visual consistency.
- Lead projects with a determined, adaptive approach, steering them towards timely completion with a quality hallmark.
- Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams, articulating concepts clearly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a creative leadership role with a track record of steering brands towards high-revenue achievements in an omnichannel landscape.
- Proficiency in English with a deep understanding of American culture, customs, and norms.
- Proven experience working in a remote setup with a globally dispersed team.
- A portfolio that showcases your creative journey, chronicling the transformations you spearheaded, emphasizing branding, packaging, and design for e-Commerce platforms, notably Amazon.
