Credit&collections Manager

LHH Recruitment solutions is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to join an important multinational leader in the agri-food sector in VALLADOLID.

**Role**

The role of the Credit and Collections Manager is responsible for planning and developing methods to monitor/a and ensure customer receivables are paid on time and in accordance with corporate credit policy, providing support to the Credit and collections team.

**Requirements**:
Degree

Experience in Shared Service Centre

Accounts Receivable Experience within a Shared Service Centre

Experience with ERP,s: SAP

Working with internal service level agreement

Good level of English is required: C1 minimun

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Monitoring the credit setting process.
- Manage and control a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving disputes.
- Proactively reduce debtor DSO by regularly contacting customers and monitoring aged debt in compliance with agreed terms.
- Analyze, minimize and assist in evaluating the bad debt and provisions.
- Timely communication of any performance related concerns to the management.
- Support other team members as and when required.
- Compliance with the Group
- s credit insurance policy.
