Station Manager

The Station Manager will be tasked with:

- Ensuring a safe and efficient operation, and handling of corporate aircraft.
- Effectively managing both staff and equipment.
- Managing the company facilities, including lounges and crew facilities. Managing and supervising the smooth running of the day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule staff rosters and coordinate annual leave.
- Quality control follow-up.
- Daily review of operational work.
- Authorise supplier invoices.
- Act as Company representative at both internal and external meetings, including with airport authorities.
- Keep licenses updated (security plans for Airport authorities, vehicle authorisation, staff airport cards, manuals, etc.).
- Ensure that daily/weekly administration duties and monthly procedures are fulfilled, liaising with HQ.
- Ensure Company policy and procedures are adhered to.
- Approve handling orders and ensure correct charges are invoiced.
- Keep HQ informed of any issues.
- Liaise with crew, clients and airport authorities.
