Are you looking for a challenging position as an Analyst/Associate (M/F/d) in the area of Transaction Services? Then you've come to the right place

In this exciting role, you will work closely with senior management and actively support financial due diligence projects. Your responsibilities will range from analysing financial data to providing ongoing advice on various exciting transaction processes, both nationally and internationally. **Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in financial due diligence and vendor assistance projects
- Research and analysis of company, industry and market information
- Analysis of financial data and appealing preparation of the analysis results
- Carrying out company valuations (multiples, DCF, LBO, etc.)
- Preparation of process documents (information memorandum, management presentations, etc.)
- Participation in client meetings including preparation and follow-up
- Close contact with senior management

Support to the M&A team in the following tasks
- Analysis and preparation of briefing profiles of companies, as well as markets/sectors.
- Preparation of documentation such as sector reports, blind profiles, information memorandums, LOIs...
- Research, identification and contact with target companies (for potential acquisition) and potential investors..
- General office organisation.
- Other tasks derived from the position.

**Desired profile**:

- Native Spanish, level C1 German and a high level of English.
- A bachelor´s degree in ADE, Economics or similar.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Previous experience in Transaction Services (preferred) or audit at a renowned accounting firm (ca.1 to 3 years of experience).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- High level of motivation, ability to work under pressure and confident manner
- Team player with ability to organise and prioritise, work autonomously, with excellent communication skills.
