**Your Work Environment**

We're seeking a passionate HS Manager to join our team in Murcia and uphold our high standards of Health & Safety.

**Your Mission at Eviosys**

**HS Systems**: Maintain and update our HS Management System to ensure compliance with Eviosys standards. Participate in claims, internal NC analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Manage HS system audits, minimize environmental impact, and coordinate continuous improvement plans through new processes or optimizations.

**HS Compliance**: Ensure adherence to HS regulatory requirements. Prepare and oversee the HS Plant Committee and dedicated action plans. Conduct root cause analyses for safety incidents, develop proactive injury prevention strategies, and support Department Safety leaders in all operational aspects (injury/first aid/near misses/risk assessment, POCS coordination). Implement the annual HS action plan with local leaders, ensure compliance with dangerous goods transportation regulations, and coordinate adherence to Eviosys Directives.

**HS Promotion**: Promote corporate HS policies aligned with the company's strategic vision and report on their implementation.

**Risk Assessment**: Conduct risk assessments based on measurements and technical reports to provide preventive measures that enhance environmental quality and worker safety.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain the Self-Protection Plan, including protection measures and the Emergency Plan, ensuring its effective implementation according to risk conditions.

Training: Organize and participate in HS Plant inductions, update safety instructions and signs, and deliver specific safety training as required by Spanish law.

**Safety culture**: Implementing programs to foster a robust safety culture among our employees and managers, enhancing communication and engagement on all matters related to plant health and safety.

**Safety Machine**: Possessing in-depth knowledge of machine safety and LOTO procedures.

**Health initiatives**: Launching initiatives to promote the overall well-being of our workforce, addressing both physical and mental health.

**About You**

You'll have a strong background in ISO 45001 with at least 5 years of experience in a HS Management role within a manufacturing environment. Experience with continuous improvement tools is essential. You're an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a process-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is a must.
