Our customer develops software solutions that help customers to optimise their engineering process. Their group is a truly global enterprise with 12 production sites, 94 subsidiaries and 11600 employees worldwide. For their office in Barcelona we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for their German customer base.

Tasks
- Telephone sales to a defined customer base
- Cultivation, expansion and renewal of existing customer contacts
- Active demand / business needs generation with the aim of selling the entire product portfolio
- Conducting/ executing sales campaigns
- Documentation of essential conversation content in the CRM system and offer tracking
- Sales background at least 2 years
- Completed commercial education and experience in the field of telephone sales
- Telephone sales to a defined customer base, proactively calling and selling to existing customers via the telephone.
- Cultivation, expansion and renewal of existing customer contacts
- Active demand / business needs generation with the aim of selling the entire product portfolio
- Conducting/ executing sales campaigns
- Documentation of essential conversation content in the CRM system and offering to track.
- Personality with persistence and very convincing telephone and very good communication skills as well as excellent negotiating skills.

**Requirements**:

- Contact existing and assigned customers from the region to sell the whole product portfolio including licenses, support, services and trainings.
- Identify new opportunities with existing customers
- Generate the quote, negotiate with customer and close the deal
- Handle Subscription renewals for the region and assigned customers. To coordinate with Sales Account Managers and CM to achieve target renewal rates as set by the CM.
- Preparation of quotation and offers.
- Source new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs through consultative selling,
- Identifying key players and generating interest, being able to remove competition where needed.
- Tight collaboration with field sales, closing meetings for them and providing sales support when needed.
- Follow up implementation and service delivery to make sure we are able to invoice services.
