Consolidation Manager

**Your mission**:
- Coordinate the individual closings and -reconciliations according to IFRS
- Carry out the group consolidations (including IC eliminations, Equity-Debt-P&L)
- Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
- Integrate and upload new entities in our internal consolidation software LucaNet
- Assist in reviewing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process
- Prepare variance analysis and manage reports
- Support the annual audit and quarterly review performed by external auditors
- Ensure that effective internal controls are maintained
- Give support to the Finance Manager on daily basis
- Further develop existing processes and systems, i.e. our consolidation software LucaNet
- Competent contact for auditors, central departments and subsidiaries
**Your profile**:
- Degree or vocational training in business administration with a focus on Accounting
- Professional Experience in the field of Group Accounting according to IFRS
- Solid experience in Consolidation Accounting
- Good user skills in MS Office programs, esp. Excel
- Experience with the consolidation software LucaNet is an advantage
- Structured and responsible approach to work, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English
