En estos momentos queremos seguir creciendo y por ello te presentamos nuestra siguiente vacante en nuestro departamento de CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural).

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
- Participación en proyectos multidisciplinares. En Quark - Grupo Sener tenemos todas las disciplinas in house.
- Nosotros desarrollamos Proyectos en todas sus fases, desde la fase de concepción hasta su construcción. Tu labor se centrará en la fase de diseño de detalle. Por lo que necesitamos que tengas conocimientos constructivos para poder desarrollar los detalles del proyecto a nível de Proyecto de Ejecución, Riba3, Riba 4, así como a nível de planos de taller, integrando la información de los diferentes fabricantes (fachadas, cubiertas, estructura, subestructuras, urbanización, suelos, techos, particiones interiores, etc.).
- No se busca un perfil de gestión, si no técnico, que pueda aportar su experiência en los diferentes proyectos en curso.
- Desarrollo de memorias, planos, justificaciones y anexos
- Experiência en implementar las necesidades de Breeam o Leed en el desarrollo y especificaciones del proyecto
- Colaboración en la preparación de mediciones
- Apoyos a Dirección Facultativa.

A su vez, contamos con un Programa de Desarrollo orientado a la mentorización de las funciones, para que en el corto/ medio plazo, puedes ejercer tus funciones y llegar a coordinar tus trabajos con el resto del equipo de manera progresiva y dinámica.

**¿Qué necesitas para encajar en el puesto?**
- Licenciatura en Arquitectura.
- Al menos 8/10 años en el diseño de proyectos de edificación singular.
- Experiência colaboración de Direcciones Facultativas.
- Manejo de herramientas: BIM360, Revit, Autocad, Presto y MS-Office.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Conocimiento de normativas y legislaciones de ámbito nacional.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, como parte de un equipo.
- La calidad del trabajo es lo primero.
- Perfil concienzudo, perfeccionista, orientado a detalle que anticipe detalles constructivos necesarios en la ejecución orientados a la calidad del proyecto
