The Position
The role shall lead to the strengthening of sustainability performance and support the external acknowledgement of same. Help achieving growth ambition as per blue print and to be Global Sustainability Leader in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry.

Main activities and responsibilities
- Working on main priorities of sustainability vision. Steer initiatives to implement the priorities.
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with sustainability requirements with operations (SHE, Manufacturing, Sourcing, R&D) and business for customer needs.
- Technical support to Centrient representatives in external platforms like PSCI, AMR IA & others.
- Support the execution of materiality assessment and other special campaigns & programs on sustainability.
- Lead and coordinate sustainability audits (PSCI) inhouse, suppliers & CMO’s.
- Monthly meeting with stakeholders & governance board
- Monthly corporate reporting & support for sustainability report.
- Explore ISO 26000 implementation.
- Work closely with site directors to ensure the roll-out of the key projects related to sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or science related degrees.
- Minimum of 15-20 years’ experience preferible in operations.
- Fluent proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
- Deep understanding of sustainability principles.
- Deep knowledge of operations particularly about production, SHE, waste water management, supply chain, standards and regulations.
- Strong in communication, presentation skills and knowledge about various cultures.
- Experience in working with international teams and penchant to stay abreast with new developments.
