Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 3.000 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions to stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

Valeo is offering an Internship program within Process Area you will support the Department in the following tasks:

- Respect and ensure respect of IProM (Industrial Project Management).
- Assisting managers when standards are not met.
- Support the manufacturing and assembly of the product
- Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS (Valeo Production System) rules and guidelines during the process development.
- Participate in the definition of the process with the project team, in order to meet performance and cost targets.
- Support the organize pre-serial trials as part of ‘Serial production’ activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run.

Ensure respect of:

- All Quality standards to guaranty our customers, products and services conformity.
- All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.

To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements:
- Industrial Engineering or Electronic Degree/electronics background- Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.- Professionalism and transparency.- Good level of English as well as Spanish.- Geographical mobility.- Passion for the automotive industry.
