**Job opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a native **German Hospitality Assistant** for our office in **Seville**. This person will focus on providing the best customer experience to our German Partners.

**We Are Looking For a Person With Experience In...**:

- Answering partners’ enquiries providing proactive customer outreach.
- Onboarding and training new partners.
- CRM management (Salesforce or similar)
- Creating and setting restaurants
- Integrations with different digital tools
- Upselling
- Strong technological knowledge
- Essential possess native or bilingual German

**We value very positively to have knowledge in...**:

- Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech industry
- Restaurant operations
- Fluency in Spanish although other languages (Italian and Portuguese) are desirable
- Saas solutions and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
