Esta posición trabajará codo a codo con el equipos de ventas, producto y tecnología para conceptualizar y lanzar funcionalidades y campañas para incrementar el interés, la adopción y ventas de nuestros productos.

**¿Qué voy a hacer?**

Como Content & Social media manager, estas serán las principales funciones:

- Diseñar estrategias de contenidos. elabora los contenidos de la marca con base en objetivos definidos. Trabajará con base a la definición de los buyer personas de la empresa identificando sus necesidades, sus deseos y sus preferencias para utilizar la información y planificar contenido que les sea relevante.
- Crear la planificación y el calendario de publicaciones.
- Seleccionar los colaboradores para la creación de contenido.
- Evaluar y analizar el desempeño de la estrategia de contenidos, mediante indicadores y métricas, el impacto del material publicado. Deberás comprender las variables e interpretar la información para implementar acciones de mejora constante.
- Administración y publicación de contenidos. Aquí serás quien distribuya, programe y publique contenido optimizado para redes sociales en horarios clave, acompañados de buenos copys.
