**Juntos Production kitchen food operators**

Juntos Farm is looking for two fabulous qualified production kitchen operators.

We are a regenerative farm in the heart of Ibiza on a mission to provide food resilience on the island and regenerate its soil for the future generations. We have our own production of ecological produces (vegetables, honey, goat milk..) and will be developing a range of hand-crafted artisanal products 100% from the farm. We are dedicated to supplying our wholesale, retail and direct customers with a quality product that is handmade and delicious.

This position will commence in May 2023

The food operators will perform production operations and processes to foods and beverages,, operate machines manually or automatically, package goods follow predetermined procedures, and take food safety regulations on board.

**Essential Skills and Competences**
- Handle all ingredients in food production, from cleaning to packaging following predetermined recipes and transforming our fresh produces in delicious products.
- carry out checks of production plant equipment
- clean food and beverage machinery
- ensure refrigeration of food in the supply chain
- ensure sanitation
- follow production schedule
- keep inventory of goods in production
- lift heavy weights
- monitor ingredient storage
- support management of raw materials
- clean the working spaces

**Essential Knowledge**
- food safety principles
- hygienic procedures during food processing**Optional Skill and Competence**
- fermentation, preserving, chilling and dehydrating foodprocesses
- understanding of the environmental legislation in food production
- understanding of labelling legislation
- knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance

- Available Tuesday -Saturday full time
- You must be legally allowed to work full-time in Spain and are not on a short-term visa
