Nuestra misión es ofrecer un excelente servicio a nuestros clientes durante todo el proceso de alquiler, además de transmitir nuestro carácter premium poniendo a su disposición nuestra flota de vehículos de alta gama.
Como Check-In Agent serás la cara visible de la compañía para nuestros clientes, resolviendo todas las dudas que tenga acerca del funcionamiento del vehículo, revisando los posibles daños del vehículo, entrega de llaves y sillitas.Finalmente, también realizarás tareas de back office para asegurar un óptimo funcionamiento de la sucursal y, de forma puntual, gestionarás los contratos de reservas de vehículos.

**Qualifications** ABOUT YOU**:
- Tienes experiência en ofrecer un inmejorable servicio al cliente.
- Hablas inglés de manera fluida, siendo un excelente comunicador.
- Te apasionan los coches y quieres ampliar conocimientos sobre ellos.
- Destacas por tus habilidades sociales y te gusta estar en contacto con las personas.
- Te consideras responsable y orientado a resultados.
- Estás en posesión del carné de conducir B.
- Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo y todos los fines de semana.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
Tu misión como Check-In Agent será ofrecer un servicio premium al cliente durante todo el proceso de entrega del vehículo, así como chequear el vehículo minuciosamente en el momento de la devolución. Además, te encargarás de labores administrativas propias back office.

This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
