Museum Shift Manager

A new modern and interactive museum, is opening in the center of Alicante and is searching for employees for a shift manager position. If you are responsible, great at team leading and experienced in management, then you are exactly what we are looking for

Your responsibilities:
1. Performing daily museum operations, opening and closing the museum and the cash register, filling daily reports,

2. Motivating and educating the guides,

3. Communicating with handyman, organizing renovations,

4. Creating lists of suggestions, improvements and troubles, reporting them on weekly meetings,

5. Reports regarding technical condition of the exhibition,

6. Participating in interviews,

7. Communicating with the director, passing the information regarding invoices,

8. Monitoring of the museum shop, reporting to office manager about missing products,

10. Solving problems that occur daily, making sure the museum is running smoothly,

11. Performing daily tasks presented by the director
- Requirements

English and Spanish languages are a must. Team leading skills are required.

2 years or more of leading any team is a great advantage.

Hard-working, optimistic, social and positive person is needed for this position.
