**What You'll Do**:
What you’ll do:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging B2B content across social media platforms with a special focus on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Define and lead the daily operations of an efficient social media execution process that unites diverse global teams with unique needs and goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
- Foster meaningful interactions with our social community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices in social media marketing and community management.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a global or multi-market environment. B2B experience preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a high proficiency in English for all communications.
- Adaptable to write in Criteo’s brand voice across varying topics in advertising, technology, leadership, and more.
- A self-starter spirit that not only gets things done but also eases and improves the process.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Experience with Emplifi, Canva and/or ClickUp, not required, but a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of paid social for effective campaign planning.
