Calling all creative minds We're looking for a rockstar Senior 3D Artist to join our team and craft jaw-dropping art that takes our games to the next level.

As a Senior 3D Artist, you will be instrumental in crafting immersive art content that enhances the gameplay experience and resonates with our diverse player base. This role requires a deep understanding of art production for mobile platforms and a commitment to collaborative creation that aligns with project goals and technical constraints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft Excellence: You take point on the creation of 3D environments and assets, ensuring they meet the aesthetic and technical standards of the project. Work closely with Art Director(s) to maintain a coherent visual style across all game assets.
- Collaboration and Integration: You work seamlessly with game designers and developers to ensure art assets are optimized for game mechanics and enhance the overall gameplay experience. Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate artistic elements with game functions.
- Project Management: You collaborate with Art Director(s) and Producer(s) on the art production timeline... production timeline, ensuring assets are delivered on schedule and meet predefined quality benchmarks. Engage in resource planning and technical specification discussions to optimize on-device performance.
- Mentorship: You can act as a mentor to junior artists, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and ensure the team's continuous development.

**Skills to Create Thrills**:

- Technical Expertise: You have a proven track record of creating high-quality 3D assets and environments across various styles, with expertise in High Poly and Low Poly modeling. Strong grasp of multiple textures and shaders workflows, including normal map baking, and proficiency in creating UV layouts, tileable/trim textures, and modular levels.
- Aesthetic Breadth: You are Able to create appealing 3D in a range of styles, particularly those aimed at Casual or Younger markets. Think bright, fun, and engaging
- Software Proficiency: You have an extensive experience with Unity, focusing on asset implementation and performance optimization specifically for mobile game development.
- Collaborative Skills: You have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with different disciplines including tech art, level design, and visual development to align environment art with overall game production.

**Bonus Skills**
- Additional technical skills such as shader creation, particle effects and VFX, and familiarity with procedural content creation tools.
