We are looking for a "**CRM & Data Project Manager**" to lead key projects (global and local) in Data and CRM scope for one of our clients, a multinational biopharmaceutical company.

**MISSION**:
The Business Operations and Support (BO&S) Unit mission is to produce data-driven business insights and support operational excellence.

BO&S creates value through innovation, robust decision making and operational excellence for the company brands at country level to lead the transformation of the company's business model by accelerating customer engagement effectiveness.

So, this person, reporting to the CRM & Data Management Lead, will be in charge of implementing BO&S strategy for CRM in Spain and Portugal, and designing, managing and ensuring the data for Omnichannel activities across all Global Business Units (GBUs).

**TASKS**:

- **_CRM Responsibilities:_**
- Implement Business Operations and Support strategy (BO&S) for the CRM in the affiliate;
- Management of commercial projects within the framework of CRM;
- Develop and implement training deployments for commercial teams related to their day-to-day managing the CRM;
- Continuous improvement and simplification of business processes, within the context of the CRM.
- **_Data management:_**
- Accountable for ensuring Omnichannel data is procured, cleansed, integrated and available for consumption as needed by the Global Business Units (GBUs);
- Predict, anticipate and proactively prepare to meet future data needs of Marketing/Digital Ops and Analytics teams;
- Local Data Governance Board for ongoing governance;
- Provide advisory on data to GBUs and functional stakeholders;
- Understand new commercial model needs and ensure that high quality & consistent data is available for OC campaigns across all the Global Business Units in the local market;
- Set quality and performance expectations with data vendors and establish appropriate SLAs;
- Align with Global Data Management team, represent country on the Global OC Data Governance board and adopt global processes & best practices as appropriate for country GBUs;
- Manage regulatory & legal compliance (including opt strategy).

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in a business or scientific discipline;
- + 5 years or longer experience in SFA (CRM), Data Management, Digital Analytics, among others;
- Proficient in English. Fluent. International scope;
- Knowledge of CRM systems, data management, business and digital analytics;

- _Soft skills_:

- Analytical and reporting skills;
- Strong project management skills and experience in project management involving ITS;
- Team spirit and transversal cooperation;
- Capacity and experience in organizing, managing or participating in transversal work groups;
- High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills and ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.

**SCHEDULE**:

- 08h-17h / 09-18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- Hybrid: 1/2 days of office work | 3/4 days by remote
