IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Fluidra is currently seeking an** IT Infraestructure Project Manager.**

**Mission**:Lead a project from start to end by coordinating infrastructure experts and other stakeholders

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Collect and manage project team
- Manage project budget
- Allocate project resources
- Create a schedule and project timeline
- Track deliverables
- Support and direct project team
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders as well as risks, issues and possible solutions
- Manage project changes when necessary to meet project outputs and business goals
- Evaluate and assess the outcome of the project
- Contribute actively to improve company’s project management methodology and tools

**Required profile**:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience of managing and troubleshooting 3 or more of the following technologies: MS Active Directory, MS Windows Servers, VMware, backup solutions, Azure, workstations deployment tool, networking. In addition to the hands-on experience, a strong knowledge and 5+ years proven experience at managing projects in large and complex on prem infrastructure architectures and solution is required. Experience with cloud is a welcome plus. Top project management skills of scoping, planning, execution, budget tracking, handover to Operations team and issuing status reports aligned with key stakeholders needs. PMP certificate is a strong plus. Team player able to offload Subject Matter Experts and Technical Leads by adopting a proactive approach and collaborate at documentation needs.
- Master of Science in Engineering Field
- Complementary Training/Specialisation: Project Management / Market-leaders infrastructure related certifications are a plus.
- IT Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools and preferably also Google Workspace
- Fluent in written in spoken English and Spanish. Catalan and French are a welcome advantage
