**Reporting Lead**

**Overview**

The Reporting Lead will be in charge of overseeing the development and management of reporting systems and processes. This role is responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely, and insightful reports are generated to support data-driven decision-making across various departments. The reporting works closely with data analysts, business analysts, and other teams to design, implement, and maintain reporting solutions that meet the organization's needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a reporting strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Define overall reporting infrastructure by audience (executive, sales manager, sales people, etc.)
- Define (and gain buy-in) future reporting roadmap
- Define and implement key reporting dimensions and KPIs (revenue, HC, pipeline, productivity, etc.) to provide clarity on business performance
- Establish regular reporting cadence and implement scheduling and distribution mechanisms for regular reporting
- Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and enhance report consistency
- Collaborate closely with the central Data team to:

- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements in reporting systems
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems
- Create insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards on data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau)
- Extract and communicate insights from data to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with various commercial and executive stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging reporting technologies

**KPIs / Metrics**
- Reporting infrastructure agreed and defined with commercial leaders and data team
- Reporting roadmap defined and gain buy-in on regular basis with executive stakeholders
- Regular cadence of standard reporting launched
- Reporting suite executed and rolled out (minimize amount of manual reporting)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Data Science).
- 8-10 years of proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
