**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Als Senior Produkt Manager*in haben Sie die Möglichkeit, den gesamten Lebenszyklus erstklassiger Serviceprodukte zu managen, die dafür sorgen, dass die Geräte unserer Kunden störungsfreie Bildgebung liefern können. Dazu nutzen Sie die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer digitalen Netzwerke und technischen Daten mit innovativen Technologien und Geschäftsmodellen, die den Erfolg unseres Servicegeschäfts weiter fördern
- Sie leiten die Entwicklung, Freigabe und Markteinführung eines neuen Serviceprodukts, das betriebliche Einblicke in Echtzeit und die Bereitstellung von Serviceleistungen bei durch künstliche Intelligenz erkannten Anomalien ermöglicht
- Sie übernehmen die Betreuung zusätzlicher bereits bestehender Services und arbeiten daran, diese weiterzuentwickeln und zusätzliche Service-Umsatzpools zu generieren
- Sie leiten und stellen internationale, organisationsübergreifende Projektteams zusammen und stellen sicher, dass alle Beteiligten die Serviceproduktansprüche versteht und auf klar definierte Ziele hinarbeitet
- Sie managen und kommunizieren mit Stakeholder*innen auf allen Ebenen, von den F&E- und Marketingabteilungen bis hin zu den Vertriebs
- und Serviceorganisationen der einzelnen Länder, einschließlich des Top-Managements. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für Kunden
- und Lieferantengespräche zuständig, die sich hauptsächlich auf die Serviceprodukte in Ihrem Portfolio beziehen
- Sie suchen nach neuen Ideen und technologischen Konzepten und prüfen die Vorschläge der verschiedenen Teams auf ihre technische und finanzielle Machbarkeit, die Marktnachfrage und die Skalierbarkeit
- Sie beobachten Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Unternehmen der Konkurrenz immer einen Schritt voraus ist
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Produkt-Roadmaps und Pläne für die Serviceprodukte im Rahmen des Portfolios. Darüber hinaus verfolgen Sie deren Leistung, analysieren sie, erstatten darüber Bericht und ergreifen bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie haben ein Studium in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Biomedizin, Clinical Engineering, IT, Data Science oder einem anderen relevanten Fachgebiet erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie freuen sich darauf, Ihr Fachwissen aus Ihrer nachgewiesenen langjährigen Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Ingenieurwesen, IT und Datenanalyse oder F&E in Ihr neues Team einzubringen. Zusätzliche Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Consulting, Produktmanagement, Marketing, Service Operations oder Vertrieb sind wünschenswert
- Sie verfügen zusätzlich über mehrjährige Erfahrung und haben die Fähigkeit bewiesen, Projekte in einem internationalen, organisationsübergreifenden und komplexen Umfeld zu leiten
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit einem oder mehreren kaufmännischen Tools zur Extraktion und Analyse von Daten. Hierfür bringen Sie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel und idealerweise in PowerBI mit

**Ihr Profil und Ihre Fähigkeiten**:

- Sie zeichnen sich durch hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch aus und sind in der Lage, komplexe Konzepte und Entscheidungspunkte in klaren Botschaften und überzeugenden Präsentationen auf allen Ebenen zu vermitteln.
