As a Service Controller for the PSD Division within the Iberia customer center's aftermarket and service operations, your primary mission is to demonstrate excellence in executing and overseeing financial management. This involves implementing robust processes and tools to identify and rectify deficiencies and irregularities, ensuring the smooth achievement of established financial, operational, and Human Resources objectives.
- **In this role, your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Strategic Development and Enhancement:
- Spearhead the creation, implementation, supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement of processes and procedures associated with the Contract Management Model, with active involvement of internal clients.
- Implement information systems and incentives to ensure the availability of timely and reliable reports and data, fostering enhanced management practices. PowerBI development and usage.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training plan for administrative and supervisory staff, ensuring optimal execution of all processes and procedures at an Iberia CC level.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the long-term strategy (> 1 year, < 3 years) and the Annual Plan to achieve projected objectives, covering budgets, continuous improvement initiatives, and required support.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and maintenance, engaging in periodic discussions and agreements on improvement plans with clients.
- Operational and Financial Excellence:
- Ensure precise management of invoicing and cost control across Service, Marketing, and Administration areas, meticulously aligning with division goals.
- Provide strategic oversight to Work in Progress, Inventory Control, and Stock Management to guarantee alignment with operational objectives.
- Effectively maintain cost center coding and the type of work (SWT) for division contracts, implementing provisions for sales costs, service costs, and income where applicable.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, service hours, and the utilization of technicians to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analysis of service variance and proactively implement strategies for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of operational and financial performance.
- IFRS Knowledge:
- Utilize expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
- Strategic Planning:
- Continuously review the Annual Plan strategy to realize projected objectives, including budgets, personnel, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Experience and requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in equivalent positions.
- Educational background in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or Auditing, with proven management and analysis skills.
- Expertise in contract management and management control.
- Strong financial analysis capabilities. Self-driven.
- Proficiency in advanced computer tools, including MS Office package and accounting systems/ERP.
- Knowledge of similar markets and competitors, spanning products, equipment, and spare parts.
- Willingness and availability for national and international travel and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong social communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or both.
- Experience or knowledge in the mining business environment is a significant advantage.
