Para ello, necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Secured a una persona en el puesto de Eviction Lawyer, que se encargará de la gestión judicial de la cartera asignada, en colaboración con el resto de miembros del equipo.

**Responsabilidades y funciones**:
Liderar los procedimientos legales de principio a fin.
Gestionar procedimientos penales y civiles para recuperar la posesión de los inmuebles ocupados ilegalmente.
Definir e implementar la estrategia procesal.
Preparar y redactar escritos judiciales.
Coordinar a los equipos de abogados externos, con el fin de garantizar el correcto avance de los procedimientos.
Garantizar la toma de medidas legales necesarias para minimizar el time to asset.
Evaluar la viabilidad jurídica de los asuntos consultados, así como propuestas de judicialización incluyendo análisis de costes/riesgos.
Realizar el control y previsión de costes en la tramitación de los procedimientos.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho.
Nível intermedio de inglés.
Al menos 2 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
**Conocimientos necesarios**: posesión de inmuebles, procedimientos penales y civiles.
