**SKILLS**

Technical skills we are looking for: being accountable and responsible for building and construction works and projects under Airbus responsibility:

- Engineering | Architecture | (engineering level = EQF7 / MECES 3)
- Building background
- Project management experience
- Quality assurance
- Technical management
- Procedures follow up
- CapEx/OpEx & finance contro l
- R&O management
- Planning management
- Licenses & administration management
- Negotiation level of English

**Mandatory experience in building & construction area, as an engineer in field/or as a project technical manager.
**- Airbus leadership model.
- To engage, develop and motivate your team.
- To build a trustful and inclusive environment, promoting collaboration.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills at different levels and team focused.
- High level of english is mandatory.
