En RDT Ingenieros, seguimos creciendo dentro de nuestro equipo de energía eólica. Pero en este caso, te presentamos un proyecto muy especial, todo un reto profesional para incorporarte en una de las empresas más importantes de sector de la energía eólica. Buscamos un/ PROJECT ASSISTANT.

General Scope: Preparation of strategic management meetings and presentations for top management boards. Department coordination facilitation. Can be framed into the group of PM external services.


Description:
Main tasks: Support engineering department head(s) on their reporting and presentation tasks, as:
Conducting meetings to capture strategic information from the managers of the Department.

Producing communication packages and presentations.

Supporting on preparation and follow up of related management tasks.


General Deliverables:
Presentations.

Strategic reports and storylines.

Minutes of workshops.

Actions lists.

Communication packs.


Location: Bilbao

Service can be provided on a flexible work from home + RDT Engineering + few on demand meetings at client. Location.

**Requisitos**:
Technical qualifications needed for the service:
Consultant in the service is expected to have next education and experience:
Commercial - financial or consultancy or engineering profiles, have to bring some exposure to management level and business acumen

Valuable coordination experience, management assistance, if possible on a technical technical or engineering environment

Minimum experience of 3-5 years on similar role at big companies.


SW competence needed:
Experience on O365 collaboration environments (Teams, Sharepoint, Yammer)

Good experience on PowerPoint with graphs (Think-cell or similar)


Consultant in the service must bring high skills on

English proficient on written and spoken at business environment

Presentations and visual communication

Structured and processes oriented
