**YOUR IMPACT**:
In our Website Team, we strive to enhance and optimize EQS Groups international corporate websites with a focus on SEO excellence and conversion to create the best possible user experience - from design to content. ✨
Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:

- ** Create a good experience** Conceptualize new (landing) pages, define goals and requirements and create new page structure concepts.
- ** Design for our users **Ensure technical and onpage SEO excellence through regular audits and by defining the necessary action items. Your absolute goal is to optimize UX and UI to increase lead generation and conversion rates
- ** Make it better **Optimize** **our websites through A/B testing, including the definition of test case scenarios, test (result) implementation and documentation.
- ** Grow stronger together** **Conceptualize, plan and implement new feature releases with relevant global stakeholders, consult and support other peers wherever you can. Also, define website management guidelines for content managers to keep our branding consistent.
- ** Security is everyone’s responsibility **You will support our development teams in maintaining a modern website infrastructure and ensuring website security.

**THIS IS YOU**:
To succeed in this role you should:

- ** Burn for online marketing.** Webpage conception, conversion optimization and testing is your passion - bring your greatest ideas forward to help us compete with the best
- ** Have 3-5 years of experience in website management, SEO and online marketing**,** **ideally in a SaaS company or marketing agency.
- ** Love data. **You have a track record of building high performance websites backed on data.
- ** Have experience in working** **with** **tools** **such as** **WordPress, SemRush, Google Analytics, Search Console, A/B-testing tools, various Cookie Consent Tools **and much more.
- ** Be a fluent English and German speaker**. We’re happy about any additional language, too.
- ** Be humble. **We want to work with people who can truly collaborate and help each other out. With your pragmatic, creative, and communicative approach, you make team work a dream work.
