**Are you who we’re looking for?**
- Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Demonstrable experience in the telemarketing center environment as Team Leader, going above and beyond.
- An enthusiastic, positive and driven approach, with excellent organizational skills and an interest in developing yourself and others to deliver results.
- Experience in Performance Management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt efficiently to changing priorities
- Fluent in french

**What does the day to day look like?**
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Managing and building up the French team
- Working to set sales targets
- Making outbound calls
