For our Pharma organization we are hiring a Digital Lead - Spain to strengthen the global Digital Transformation & IT - Pharma organization.
**Pharma Digital Lead for Spain**
The Digital Lead’score focus is to spearhead transformation and digitalization of a functional value-chain through a compelling digital vision and IT delivery of data & technology strategies that truly increase organizational capability. This includes, but is not limited to, the ownership and prioritization of digital portfolios and the evaluation and realization of direct / indirect business benefits that generate outstanding customer and company value.

**Your tasks**:
**Executive Advisor**
You lead technology the narrative and process assessment and present recommendations for digital solutions at various levels of leadership.
You represent digital transformation in the pharma leadership team (as frequent guest) and in the Marketing & Sales leadership team
You act as spearhead for driving digital transformation, innovation and IT topics into the function and enables the organization to utilize new Technology and to expand into digital health businesses
**Strategy**
You own the technology and digital roadmap strategy for the assigned functional area (commercial and medical) to ensure solutions are aligned with the business strategy and will have a significant impact on organizational capability, customer experience, and financial ROI
You define and align priorities of the IT / digital portfolio and the full set of investments in the functional area; influence investment decisions, create business cases and secure funding
**Execution oversight**
You lead the delivery of programs and projects
**Digital change**
You design and translate the company’s digital roadmap into concrete projects and initiatives through a partnership with IT/digital delivery platforms
You drive change management across the organization, introducing new digital processes and procedures to ensure that the agile development and operation of digital services is successful
You drive open innovation
**Technology**
You have a good understand of modern / future markets and key technologies and evaluate processes to upgrade the digitization strategy
You seek to lever advanced technology to proactively propose solutions that bring the business to the next Level
**Who you are**:
**Education**
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, science, business administration or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experiences
**Working Experience**
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital transformation initiatives (customer-facing work in IT and/or business functions)
- Customer focus, business acumen and domain expertise in the resp. Division
- Cross-cultural sensitivity
- Ideally, experience working in an agile environment supporting the life cycle of software products (development, testing, launch, training support).
- Ideally, experience leading a growth organization with increasing scale and dynamic operations
- Ideally, experience in OTC, pharma

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong mindset to take initiative
- Communication, organization and influencing skills, while demonstrating business insight with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop digital product strategies based on research, data and industry trends.
