**What you’ll do**:
The primary function of this role is to control Material Planning for the whole Eaton Bielsko facility. It is the function to be accountable and responsible for assuring all necessary materials are delivered on time. Manage planning process including logistics of material and product flow to assure customer satisfaction and budget goals. Utilize EBS tools to directs and coordinates all activities supporting production to meet or exceed plant goals and objectives for safety, cost, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction and flex.

Responsibilties:

- Lead Strategic and Profit Plan process within responsible department, as well as of implementation of EBS, and SIOP and MPS.
- Manage supply of Raw Materials, effectively cooperate with SCM Team in order to supply MRO's
- Maintain, develop and monitor plant and quality systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Participations in audits e.g. 5S, IATF 16949, LPA, LOTO, observation of behaviors.
- Assure compliance with EHS regulations, IATF 16494 & ISO 14001 / 45001
- Knowledge and interpretation of the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MESH, VDA 6.1, EQMS, and specific customer requirements within the scope of responsibilities
- Team Management ( development, executions of KPS etc., project management )

**Requirements**:

- Technical, Logistic or Managerial background;
- CPIM certification
- Multi - Staff technical experience required;
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
- English language fluency.
